Description BIG MAMMA hires for its restaurants in LONDON! We are looking for Chef de Partie, but not only! We are looking for fans of traditional Italian cuisine, looking for quality dishes. Homemade pasta, San Daniele ham, mozzarella di Bufala from Campania, artisan ice cream: we only serve authentic products of the Italian tradition, purchased directly from producers selected by us in Italy and transformed into delicious courses by the expert hands of our Chefs. Your challenge will be to be part of a large brigade, in restaurants that make from 500 to more than 1000 seats per day. The qualities of our best candidate: dynamic, ambitious, determined!
