Company Description Our office was established in 2007 and our mission is to brighten the lives of seniors giving them a sense of purpose, wellbeing & to avoid social isolation. This role will play a vital part in supporting all the functions within our office to ensure we remain organised and responsive to the needs of our Clients, Key Workers and Management team. Job Description The Administrator is expected to perform a variety of office based duties in support of the day to day operations of the business which includes: * Provide admin support to all departments including: Client Care, Recruitment, Finance & Training * Ensure all filing and data is up to date and GDPR compliant * To answer phones calls in a polite professional manner, passing on clear messages & being responsive to the caller. * Ensure safe storage and archiving of essential documents * Order office materials and manage stock control * Ensure post in & out of the building Qualifications * Good understanding of all Microsoft office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) * Excellent Maths & English skills * Good clear telephone manner * Previous experience in office administration * A keen eye for detail and focus on task completion * Well organised with a strong sense of initiative Additional Information We encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work.
