Job Description
Full time - 12 week temp to perm opportunity. Due to the location of the Client, candidates MUST HAVE their own transport or live local to North Ferriby. Hours - 3 rotating shifts (including mornings, days and Nights) Pay - £8.50 per hour Our client is seeking production/process operatives to join them on a 12 week temp to perm basis. The Role: * Lifting up to 25KG * Working in pairs to support the production of rubber items * Adhere to all on site health and safety at all times * Reading work orders and packing as per specification * Full Training Provided The Candidate * Ideally will have worked within a manufacturing environment * Will have basic literacy and numeracy skills * Comfortable to lift up to 25KG The successful candidates will be required to follow a rota system of Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:30 , 14:00 - 22:30 and 22:00 - 06:30. These are all 42.5hr weeks, with two half hour breaks, both paid. Pay rate increases after 12 week probationary period. Due to the location of our client, you will need own transport or live within walking distance. Due to the nature of the product the environment can be quite a dusty environment.
