Job Description

Amazon Gift Cards and Stored Value is a rapidly growing, business. The Gift Card business drives the Amazon flywheel by 1) adding New to Amazon customers, though Gift Card redemption and 2) by driving higher engagement from existing customers, by reducing friction when buying or redeeming Gift Cards. Amazon Gift Cards and Stored Value products are available to both consumer and corporate customers and are distributed through the Amazon website, retail stores and corporate sales. Amazon itself is a major Gift Card customer, using our products to; 1) enable Customers to receive refunds and concessions in the form of gift card balance, 2) offering Amazon Gift Card balance as an incentive to drive Customer engagement across Consumer Payment products and the wider Amazon business and 3) as incentives to drive external traffic to our websites. This role is an exciting opportunity to own and develop the 'internal' channel. As the EU owner of this business, you will advocate for Amazon Customers and internal business customers. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with teams across Amazon to help them use Amazon Gift Cards and Stored Value products to achieve their goals. To do this successfully you will need to create and drive incremental opportunities, which scale as the channel grows. In addition, you will be responsible for forecasting and reporting on EU channel performance. You will work closely with WW product teams, providing insights on how to improve the customer experience across existing features as well as sizing and influencing new features to prioritize. You will collaborate with our Customer Trust team and Amazon's Buyer Risk Protection team to monitor the health of Gift Card issuance through internal programs and implement policies and practices to address concerns. This role offers a great opportunity to work on business and marketing topics across the breadth of the Amazon business providing a strong platform for future career development. Primary responsibilities: - Ownership of the 'internal issuance' P&L and forecasting. - Developing Dashboards and metrics to assess and monitor the expected long term impact of business decisions. - Optimize the existing Customer experience by establishing mechanisms monitor customer feedback and using it to test improvement opportunities identified. - Develop and implement go-to-market plans to grow customer engagement. - Understand how Amazon Gift Card balance contributes to the customer experience of existing partner teams and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. - Build new relationships with internal customers and third party partners, by understanding how our product(s) can help them to achieve their goals. - Thinking big and influencing product roadmaps to prioritize creation of scalable solutions for external and internal partners to reduce friction when use Amazon Gift Cards and Stored Value products. - Influencing and advising across multiple stakeholder groups and across multiple locales (Consumer Payment leadership, Customer Service, Legal and Product) to deliver against the above. - Share best practices with WW business owners.
