The Role We are looking for experienced C# Developers to work across our diverse range of cutting-edge solutions, including our own ad-tech products, blockchain based customer acquisition platform, unique multi-channel contact centre technology and more. The C# developer will work on the latest industry trends and technological advances to provide highly innovative industry-leading products. The Responsibilities Our technology focus is across the full stack with a network of websites, internal systems and services and we have roles covering a range of areas. We are looking for C# developers with knowledge and experience across front and back end technologies. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: * Architecting systems, creating technical documentation and tasks * Full stack development using a range of technologies * Performing code reviews * Mentoring junior team members * Supporting sprint planning and retrospectives * Task refinement and estimation The Skills We are a progressive business who use latest technologies and innovate in our space - we need someone who can keep up with this, who is naturally forward thinking and has real passion for software development, with skills in the following: * A graduate with either computer science or other scientific/engineering degree * At least 5 years recent experience working on commercial .NET/.NET Core (C#) projects * Strong database skills and experience (MS SQL Server, No SQL databases, Elastic Search, Event Store) * Microservice experience, Docker, Kubernetes * Cloud (ideally MS Azure) knowledge including use of serverless functions * Competence with JavaScript and exposure to frameworks like Vue, React or Angular * Experience working in an Agile environment * Experience with Unit testing About TLA Established in 2002, TLA is an award-winning digital media business, acclaimed for its innovative technology in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100, Deloitte Tech Fast 50, FT1000 and Northern Tech 100.
