Job Description

We are looking to recruit to band 3 Health Care Assistants position; are you energetic, passionate and committed? If this sounds like you then come and join us! The successful applicant will be working closely with both experienced staff and junior staff on our 18 bedded mixed Acute Assessment Unit , working within a diverse Multi-Disciplinary Team that includes nurses, psychiatrists, psychology, and occupational therapy. The post holder will be working closely with people who use our services, their families, friends, Carers and will make an important contribution to how people experience their care. Our service users have a wide range of mental health disorders and are in an acute phase of their mental illness. We are passionate about delivering innovative and compassionate care to our service users. In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of 1,034 and a maximum payment of 1,791 per annum (pro rata where applicable).
