As part of our ESHT Rehabilitation Strategy, we have an exciting opportunity to expand our therapy workforce across our Intermediate Care Services at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. Our Intermediate Care Services cover Bexhill Hospital and Rye Memorial Care Centre. We are recruiting to the role of Intermediate Care Specialist Dietitian to work alongside our Integrated Disciplinary Team supporting patients as they undergo their rehabilitation journey and support the development and implementation of the Rehabilitation Strategy - it's an exciting journey to be a part of. This is a fantastic opportunity to truly work hollistically and develop your skillset and knowledge as you will be based with the integrated disciplinary team. This role also has leadership responsibilities and a great opportunity to build on this in the supportive environment of the Intermediate Care and Dietetic Teams. This role will require travel mainly between Bexhill and Rye Therapy units as well as other ESHT sites on a less frequent basis. The ESHT Rehabilitation strategy is focused on improving the quality and performance of our acute and community services to deliver high quality rehabilitation across East Sussex.
