Please read more about us atforgerock.comor follow ForgeRock on Twitter at The Role: You will be part of the ForgeRock Support and Sustaining organisation based in Bristol as a member of the Secure Solutions team. As part of the 24/7 Support Team, you will service our customers, helping them to resolve technical issues and support the successful use of ForgeRock Identity products. This team will operate across multiple shift patterns and will include both day and night shifts, so being able to commit to a regularly changing work pattern is a key prerequisite when expressing an interest in joining this team. What you'll be doing: As part of the wider ForgeRock Support team, this engineer will develop a strong knowledge of ForgeRock's platform and will benefit from working with cutting edge identity products and some of our largest customers. Specific responsibilities include: * Providing exceptional troubleshooting and support to ForgeRock's customer base, as well as the growing secure operation in the Financial and Public sectors * Responding to customers in a timely manner * Ensuring all customers are engaged with a professional manner and are provided with the assistance they require * Supporting customers across a varied shift pattern, including day shifts, night shifts and early mornings * Working with multiple teams throughout ForgeRock If you find yourself checking off most of the below, this could be the position for you! * Background working within a support role * Experience working to strict compliance, security and data protection policies * Ability to quickly and accurately define problems * Strong troubleshooting skills * Working knowledge of Linux, Mac & Windows, with mixed skills around administration and troubleshooting * Demonstrable collaboration and teamwork skills * The ability to be a good listener and to identify key information necessary to understand and verify customer issues * Excellent communication, both verbal and written * Practical know-how of Java, Cloud, DevOps or the deployment of complex software Life at ForgeRock: We believe in and facilitate a flexible, collaborative work environment.
