Hundreds of people centred decisions are made daily within THG. THG People Team provides our managers and colleagues with the coaching and skills they require to keep leading THG into the future and to the cutting edge of our industries. The Role: Developing and leading on the Learning and Development Strategy to fit with our organisational goals and culture. Delivering leading edge, relevant solutions to increase and enhance the performance of our talents Personally conducting needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation to achieve the strategy Developing partnerships with key stakeholders to proactively agree all plans, the best delivery Have the commercial awareness to demonstrate true value add via staff development and training.
