THG is currently looking for an experienced Partnership Marketeer to help accelerate our group growth in an exciting and growing marketing discipline. Partnership Marketing covers: Reciprocal brand marketing, content lead partners, media entities and industry leaders Reporting into our Group Head of Partnershsips, you will be responsible for every aspect of strategic partnership delivery across all THG brands & divisions as part of the Central Marketing Function. Key responsibilities - Define KPIs & Plan delivery of the partnership strategy, driving high standards of execution across THG with clearly defined objectives Track and monitor performance to ensure revenue and NC% to ensure targets are secured. Deliver a relationship management strategy that provide impactful strategic engagement. Commercial negotiation - deal closing and negotiation skills Reporting and forecasting - delivery of accurate category forecasts and reports as required by management. Support the development of strong relationships within the industry and aligned businesses / brands. Account management of a portfolio of businesses, developing strong, trusted relationships. Requirements We're looking for an experienced Partnership Marketer with the ability to identify and forge profitable partnership opportunities for our brands. The role requires a confident, skilled relationship builder capable of developing and executing partnership strategies and account managment plans.
