In early 2019 BlueLab initiated a Data Acceleration Team (DAT) with an objective of creating value from our data, thereby, accelerating our journey towards becoming a fully data-driven company. DAT brought together state-of-the-art technology and leading industry expertise to make a step-change in our approach towards data access and preparation, data analytics and interpretation and data democratisation and speed of delivery. We are now seeking an Agile Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to take responsibility for the delivery of large, strategic and complex data insights, analytics and integration projects. The role sits in our Customer's Business Unit. You will be expected to leverage your technical domain expertise to drive project delivery, lead the project team, clearly set and manage customer expectations, and proactively address and resolve project-related issues. Within the DAT you will help establish the overall project delivery and data workflow, data governance framework, project and data risk framework, data quality framework and seamless integration with key enterprise capabilities. You will be expected to work very closely with the Data Office to drive the utilisation and streamlining of common standards, processes and governance practices across DAT initiatives. The Person You will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, motivating and empowering Agile project teams while delivering several concurrent high visibility projects in a fast-paced BlueLab environment that may cross multiple business divisions. You will work closely with Technical Leads, Product Leads, Product Owners and our Cloud DevOps, Data Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure successful project delivery and you will be ultimately responsible for the financial, security and risk management, quality, and timely delivery of various projects. Most importantly, you will be advocating BlueLab, DAT and its core values and practices to the rest of the business and elsewhere. Immediate challenges include the delivery of the Customers Analytics Zone "CAZ", a fully governed enterprise data engineering, data science and business intelligence product development and production platform, that is set to lead our charge towards a fully data-driven energy company. Customers operating within a fast-paced, continuously evolving agile environment giving rise to key challenges including responding to regulatory and market reforms through innovative products, services or processes, creating value in tight margin highly competitivemarketplaces, and building trust with customers. Recognising the evolution of the operating model and agile nature of the organisation the content and nature of this role may change over time. * Act as Delivery Manager for the overall initiative * Liaise with architects, technical teams, and leadership (both business and IT) * Provide the single point of contact for resolution of project-related issues * Act as the primary interface point into DAT's broader technical teams to ensure the full breadth and depth of DAT is leveraged for the Customer's success * Lead project meetings, including project kick-off, project status, steering committee, and other project stage gate meetings * Provide overall project leadership and direct project teams in the delivery of high-quality products within committed timeframes and budgets * Work with project team members to define project tasks and milestones, and coordinate the alignment of dependencies both within the project and across other projects * Ensure complete understanding of the project estimates and project scope in order to lead the team to deliver within the boundaries of the given estimates and ass
