Talent Intelligence Manager Talent Intelligence is searching for a highly motivated and target-driven Talent Intelligence Manager to join our global business. Our growing team is seeking a resourceful Talent Intelligence Manager to join our team of talent experts, who understand the importance of people within corporate strategies, and take a proactive and strategic approach to talent. In this role you will help your clients build proactive pipelines that result in the efficient and cost-effective placement of people as well as establish strong working relationships with stakeholders and candidates in collaboration with the wider team based in our London office. Living the Role The Talent Intelligence Manager (TIM) role is responsible for talent calls, biography creation, and presentation of talent to the client. The focus for this position will initially be for you to take time to listen to what candidates want from their next role and by combining that information with our market insights. You will then spot the roles and companies that would make great fits for our candidates on a case-by-case basis. We believe in the power of people and that candidates deserve a bespoke consultancy service when it comes to making career decisions. Key Responsibilities * Interacting with global Human Capital Leaders, Global and Line of Service Leaders, Business Unit Leaders, global partners and other staff * Working on project management, solution development, implementation and related analysis of complex solutions * Troubleshooting human capital issues directly with partners, staff in global roles and regional HR leaders * Solving concrete leadership and people management challenges; proactively contributing to talent development and decision making * Assuring HR service delivery by working closely with subject matter experts and professionally managing client expectations * Becoming a partner with the client organizations to increase and build new and existing relationships Key Skills and Experiences Required * At least 3 years of Human Resources, Executive Search or equivalent business experience * Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication * Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to independently identify and attract candidates for highly-specific positions * Demonstrated experience and ability to interact with all levels of management * Broad HR consulting and industry knowledge and personal network * Demonstrated ability to source and hire qualify candidates at the Director level and above * Desire and/or proven ability to identify and qualify new revenue opportunities * A Bachelor's Degree is preferred ** Please note that you must have the right to work in the UK.
