Overview
Job Description
Main Purpose of Role- * Administration of data and systems * Generating reports and trending information * Technical projects and improvements Key Accountabilities- * Complete traceability and mass balance exercises * Assists with document control, create process records for data capture * Receive, administer, and investigate complaints with the assistance of stakeholders * Collate data to deliver trending information in clear formats * Complete internal and third party KPI reports * Manage laboratory exceptions - organising retests and investigations * Prepare responses to customers and consumers * Support customer visits and third-party audits * Conduct internal audits * Assist with route cause investigations and reports * Raw material quality management - trending / work with QA rejections and non-compliances * Raw material assurance (site-based elements) -Specification and raw material approval -Specification review -Specification upload on technical hub -Raw material risk assessment completion & updating (following new information, horizon scanning etc.) -Requesting or identifying any supply chain risk-management tools (e.g. chain of custody, C of A on delivery, RM testing/inspection etc.) * To work within the appropriate Health and Safety procedures and to promote a strong awareness amongst all staff of a safe working environment. Skills and Knowledge- * Must have a good level of English literacy and numeracy. Attention to detail is essential and a conscientious nature to ensure all tasks are completed. It is a must to be able to write clearly and legibly in English * Internal Auditing experience and knowledge- desirable. * General process and product knowledge * Organised and able to work to tight deadlines. * To communicate issues factually and accurately so that informed decisions can be made. * Minimise safety hazards to provide a safe working environment * Demonstrate exceptional GMP standards to achieve high quality products. Qualifications- * To hold or be working towards level 3 Food Safety * To hold or be working towards level 3 HACCP * Internal Auditing * Root Cause Analysis * IT Literacy - Word, Excel * Understanding of systems - P1400/PDB/Arolink/ Labelling Systems / Barcode Verification.
