My market leading client first broke into the market back in 2011 and have since grown from strength to strength providing a one of a kind service to the retail market. After a recent global expansion they are looking to grow their Glasgow based development team by two new developers. This role is open to anyone from experienced Junior to Senior level and offers unbeatable progression opportunities. Job Description Your day to day role will involve working on their greenfield projects with the scope to expanding your technical knowledge to .Net Core and React. With their largest projects to date due to launch in February 2020 they require people who are self starters and fast learners. Role & Responsibilities * Participation in full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering, analysis, implementation and design to production support and maintenance * Promoting use of development methodologies and best practices * Working with the team to plan and prototype new concepts and ideas * Opportunity to act as SCRUM Master * Inspire team to learn new skills and techniques Skills & Qualifications * ASP.NET MVC, C# and SQL Server * Understanding of OOP, SOLID, Software Design Patterns and Best Practices * Azure/AWS experience advantageous but not essential * Deep understanding of TDD Benefits * Remote/Flexible working options * 24 Hour training platform access * Progression path given from day one * Salary Up to 50k So if you are currently sitting at work thinking about your next career move or even want a chat to learn more about this role then give me a shout.
