HR Business Partner - Digital Corby/ London The purpose of this role is to work in close partnership with the Digital, Data & Technology (DDT) leadership team to drive the people agenda in support of the DDT initiatives. The role will work closely with other stakeholders in the People Team to ensure continued alignment with the global People strategy that will enable the delivery of the global business strategy. What You Will Do * With a clear understanding of the DDT strategic direction and plan, work in partnership with the VP of People and other HR Business Partners to implement the global People strategy and functional people plan. Responsible for highlighting any local challenges that may occur (legal or cultural) and work with appropriate stakeholders to mitigate where possible. * Leverage the partnership with the functional leadership team to ensure effective local OD changes are aligned and any organisational structures fit with the group OD principles and deliver suitable commercial outcomes. * Contribute and provide local input into to the development of the people plan and My Voice engagement activities. Ensure effective implementation of any local elements of the overall functional plan. * Ensure functional leadership are developing robust succession plans and developing key talent in line with global plan.
