Parts Advisor Portadown Full-Time & Permanent Salary negotiable Zenrec Exclusive Job Role As a Parts Advisor, you will provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner. The role involves : Selling parts to internal & external customers to achieve to the agreed targets Optimising sales opportunities Order taking via the telephone, email and face to face Order picking Carrying out daily / weekly stock checking Systematically arranging the parts in the stock room Assisting with the pre-picking of parts for service workshop team Delivering parts to our trade customers Criteria: It is essential for the successful candidate to have a valid clean driving licence in order to deliver parts to our customers The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and have a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry. We may however consider applicants with previous customer facing experience from other industries who have knowledge / an interest in vehicle layout, function and location of required parts for service and common repairs. A willingness to learn is vital to the role as full training will be provided to the right individual. Preference will be given to those applicants with a valid fork lift licence.
