This role provides a unique opportunity...You will be working closely with the Novartis Business teams, this role acts as a partner for internal clients for an assigned brand and/or TA for all Medical Communications NBS CONEXTS deliverables. This role leads the development, execution and management of assigned Scientific Events and Medical Communication deliverables, ensuring alignment with the customer's objectives. Your responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of the designated deliverables/eventsfrom briefing through to completion Acts as stakeholder client relationship manager for clients of assigned TA and/or brand and/or client group Communicates clearly and frequently with client for assigned brand Provides proactive recommendations on medical communication tactics and solutions Responsible for keeping CSL briefed on medical communication activities for assigned brands Provides CSL with accurate revenue and fore-casting of Medical Communications activities for assigned brand and/ TA/or Publication Plan Leads a deliverable-assigned, brand/TA-specific, NBS CONEXTS project team and manages external vendors for designated scientific events and medical communication deliverables including publications Sets clear direction and priorities; mentors and coaches staff for improved performance \n\n\n\n Position Title: Senior Client Services Manager Minimum requirements: What you'll bring to the role: Minimum: University degree level / Graduate degree, ideally in science.
