Due to continued accelerated growth our client is currently recruiting for a general duties operative on a long term basis. The Role: · Safe cleaning of oil Leaks & Spills · Filling machines with required materials · Support the shift by keeping the factory clean & tidy · Other general duties as directed by your supervisor Please note this role requires a considerable amount of regular lifting of 25KG bags. The Candidate: · Basic Numeracy & Literacy · Happy to work Shifts (Rotating Shift Pattern) · Industrial cleaning experience would be desirable Full Training is provided via the hirer. Requirements: · Experience of working within a production or Warehouse facility · Adequate literacy & numeracy skills · Good attention to detail & visual analysis · Basic IT Skills · Willingness to learn Shifts: Monday to Friday (ROTATING SHIFTS) 6-2 2-10 10-6 Nights Optional Overtime on a weekend paid at 1.5 Pay & Benefits: · First 12 weeks paid at £8.72 per hour basic hours plus OT at 1.25 · Post 12 weeks paid at pay parity rates & OT at 1.5 · Free Large Car park · Free Cycle Parking · Breaks are paid Aqumen Recruitment are operating as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
