Title: Account Manager (French Speaker) Global Accounts - Maternity Cover (Up to 12 Months FTC) Location: London Department Overview In this high-profile sales role based in London you will be part of a Global Accounts Management team responsible for sales and account management for Fitch Solutions across a list of global and strategic clients. Job Description You will be responsible for selling a suite of products and services within Fitch Solutions that includes: * Credit Risk Solutions * Research and ratings data services * Valuation, workflow and analytical tools This is a direct sales, target based performance position offering base salary and commission. You will be expected within Global Accounts to protect the business while growing it. Developing an extensive network of contacts across Global Accounts at the CRO, COO and credit officer level, you be responsible for growing the Fitch Solutions business by delivering the Fitch Solutions Value proposition effectively at C level. Position Requirements * It is essential that you have significant sales/business development experience, within the fixed income and risk management arena. * A proven track record in developing business and growing revenue streams with major Institutions. * Ability to assume Global leadership and strategy ownership for a set number of clients * Demonstrate positive a history of working well in teams * You must have an understanding of rating agencies environment and also of risk management requirements in strategic decision making, risk identification, risk quantification / quantitative modelling processes. * Ability to understand client strategy to build a business and action plan * You must be self-motivated and able to generate ideas and demonstrate initiative, tenacity and perseverance * It is essential that you have excellent communication skills to clearly communicate strategy and goals internally and externally * Fluent written and spoken English language skills are essential, plus another European language (ideally French) will be an advantage * Travel will be required #LI-VD1 #LI-Solutions Fitch is committed to providing global securities markets with objective, timely, independent and forward-looking credit opinions.
