The team We're looking to add some additional talent to the team, due to some sizable new business wins and projects. Our Infrastructure & Cloud team sits within the technology recruitment team, which is our Permanent and Contract business. It's made up of 360 consultants and resourcers. It's a challenging, fast-moving candidate-driven market to work in and to those ends require consultants with the tenacity and ability to build an extraordinary network. We have the tools to help you do this at a global reach, you just need to take charge and make it happen. The team is highly collaborative and works at pace on projects all over the world. They are specialists and highly selective about the assignments they take on. The role You know what you're doing, as you'll have spent a few years working in this world, so we shouldn't have to spell it out for you however here are a few bullet points: * Be a consultant - responsible for full 360-degree recruitment activity, with some support from a resourcing team. Build strong partner relationships with clients and candidates and develop a strong understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment * Be a salesperson - generate new business. Using your market knowledge, leveraging your network and client relationships, develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients. In addition, cross-sell the broader NP Group product offering * Be a specialist in your market - offer advice to both clients and candidates on market intelligence, pay rates, training and career progression. Contribute to social media and content for our marketing team * Be a great member of our team - it's all about collaborating, enabling and being bold in this business Requirements We're only as good as the people we hire and we are building a brilliant business.
