Job Description
Talent Acquisition Advisor London (Borough tube station) 35k-40k / perm Great Talent Acquisition opportunity for an experienced and delivery focused recruiter looking to take on a new challenge within a Business Intelligence company in Borough. Part of a small but effective HR team, this company has a start-up feel with a fun start-up atmosphere. Responsibilities: * Manage end to end recruitment process across all business areas * Build continuous pipeline of candidates, sourcing across commercial, product, tech, sales and operational from entry to senior level * Manage PSL relationships. Currently working at 50/50 direct sourcing to agency usage, aim to reduce this over time as well as reducing time to hire * Provide reports to senior management on market insights, open roles, time to hire, headcount budget, etc. * Seek out and participate in external recruitment fares, functions and conferences About You: * 3-5 years experience either in house or RPO * Experience using creative sourcing techniques as well as LinkedIn recruiter experience * Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Advisor London (Borough tube station) 35k-40k / perm Great Talent Acquisition opportunity for an experienced and delivery focused recruiter looking to take on a new challenge within a Business Intelligence company in Borough.
