Job Description
Due to an increasing demand for care in our area we are looking a hardworking, kind and compassionate individual to join our fantastic team based in Weston Super Mare. The right person for this role will be available from 16:45 - 21:30 on 4 weekdays AND every other weekend. You will be visiting people in their own home to help them with all elements of their teatime and evening routines, depending on their specific requirements, and provide meaningful companionship at the same time. This may also involve providing personal care assistance. Qualifications No previous experience is needed as we will support you with full, award winning training. But a warm heart and a caring nature are essential! Having a full, UK driver's licence and your own car is essential due to some tasks that may be involved like shopping trips and escorting to appointments. We provide free ongoing learning and development opportunities such as the Care Certificate, Health and Social Care diplomas and an extensive range of distance learning courses. We require successful candidates to undertake an enhanced DBS check and provide a minimum of 4 references before they can start work.
