Description: As a Manager of the management team, you will predominantly focus on case management and delivery, whilst supporting the Managing Directors with business development and actively coaching team members. Also, have 5+ years of experience working with a leading consulting firm, in-house Strategy firm or post-MBA. Responsibilities: * Independent, effective case management and delivery and is viewed as the key delivery contact by the client * Coach case teams to help them be the best and achieve their personal development goals * Deliver high-quality, self-directed work, managing one or two cases at any one time - with appropriate Managing Director support where required * Consistently manage increasingly large and complex (potentially unknown) cases and client environments to Teneo Consulting quality * Specialise in desired sector/function expertise (grade dependent) * Support Managing Directors with business development activity and begin to think about and identify roll-on work where possible * Demonstrates gravitas and builds solid client relationships within the case environment * Promotion to is competence based (performance, as highlighted in case reviews, gives confidence that you can deliver against expectations at a Senior Manager grade)
