Job Title - Technical Account Manager / Relationship Manager Job Type - Permanent Salary - £35-45K + Bonus Location - London Sourcific Talent and currently searching for a Technical Account Manager / Relationship manager to join our clients team based in London. Our client is a leading consultancy in their field and have a huge array of exciting clients that you can be involved with. The scope of this role is to get involved after the product implementation has taken place so I must stress that this is not a Business development-based role. This is an opportunity for you to work closely with the end client to help with the following * Adoption of the product * Training advice * Any support required * Notice gaps for an up-sell opportunity * Support through the renewal and renegotiation process Whilst working with our client you will have the opportunity to progress your career in the way that you wish. At an early stage within your role the leadership team will want to sit down with you to understand what that progression plan looks like for you and how they support you on that journey. They will offer to pay for training that will be required for you to move forward, Mentorship and guidance but also a great team environment where you can learn from your peers. The ideal candidate would have come from a background that isn't BD heavy and has a real knowledge around what it takes to support the onboarding of a new platform.
