Here at Envisics, we are an internationally based automotive technology company with an ambitious goal to re-define and revolutionise the next generation of in-vehicle experience with the development of an industry leading Augmented Reality Head Up Display. Using the innovative technology of phase only holography, we are making this a reality! Envisics is looking for a Sr. engineer to join our growing Engineering team! The role is to serve as a technology leader to support development of robust and scalable Holographic and AR technology solutions for the Automotive Industry. Responsibilities: * Provide technical leadership: * Represent Envisics to various customers as an expert on AR HUD technology for automotive * Lead a team to respond to customer RFI / RFQ for PoC and new business opportunities * Provide key technical direction in the development of Envisics holographic PGU technology for production * Maintain a technology roadmap of the automotive AR HUD market * Mentoring engineering teams * Represent Envisics by encouraging innovation & interfacing with customers at a technical level Qualifications * BS in Engineering discipline and/or 5+ years of HUD design experience * Led the technical design and execution of automotive HUD product development (preferred) * Experience analysing and creating technical presentations for automotive RFQ process * Experience with face-to-face customer demo, vehicle testing, technical Q&A * Knowledge of the software development life cycle, with experience in agile methodologies * Experience with testing methodologies (manual and/or automated) What's in it for you * Complex benefits package that includes Medical and Dental care * Flexible, core hours-based work schedule * 25 Days of Annual Leave Per Year + additional Holidays and Sick time * Opportunity to advance & grow as Envisics expands its footprint in the industry * Work alongside subject matter experts on cutting edge technology **Please Note** Any CVs submitted to Envisics by any means from any company or agency with whom we do not have a written agreement will be entirely gratuitous and Envisics shall have no obligation to such company or agency whatsoever.
