Commercial Contracts Solicitor Top 200 Law Firm Milton Keynes Full Time – Permanent A Top 200 practice based in Milton Keynes seek to appoint an experienced Solicitor for their leading Commercial Property Team. The firm offer an excellent quality of work, similar to that of large city firms, but will provide a relaxed and friendly environment where they encourage personal and professional development. You will enjoy a varied caseload of non-contentious commercial contract work to include but not limited to Agency, distribution, data protection, franchising, IT related agreements, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property. You will also assist the wider commercial team and be involved in contractual matters in transactions. To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE and be confident in negotiating and drafting a broad spectrum of commercial contracts. The salary on offer is dependent on previous experience but promises to be competitive. You will also receive an additional benefits package including private health care.
