Night Care Assistant Barony Lodge Residential Care Home, Barony Road, Nantwich, CW5 5QS 8.98 to 9.25 per hour (new to care or bags of experience, it's your heart that counts) 33 hours per week Why work for us? Where you'll work Opened in August 2018, Barony Lodge will provide warm and friendly residential and dementia care for up to 60 residents in Nantwich, Cheshire. Barony Lodge features bright open-plan lounge and dining areas, an on-site cafe, hair and beauty salon and a themed cinema room with under floor heating throughout the home. Friends and family are welcome to visit at any time and encouraged to join in our events and activities - lead by our own dedicated organiser and tailored to our residents' hobbies and interests. What skills do I need? * Team work! A happy team, makes for happy residents and a happy home * Experience is not essential, as we will support you with all the training and support you'll need to do the job, what is important is that you are caring, enthusiastic and have energy to share * Being able to communicate well is essential along with a flexible approach * You'll also be kind and have a real genuine like for older people and their needs, ensuring we treat everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve.
