Job Description Medical Crew Ltd, a CQC registered ambulance service company, is seeking to recruit its new Business Development Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic, tenacious person and highly motivated individual with a positive approach and who enjoys working both autonomously and with a team. You will need previous healthcare sales experience and hospital and ambulance knowledge and connections. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate great influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to develop and nurture strong business relationships. Duties and responsibilities : You will be responsible for Business Development, this implies: - proactively generate new business opportunities, - work qualified contracts to drive more business, - negotiate agreements and close sales, - work to deadlines, - maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence, - on-going understanding of how our business operates. Skills and experience required: As our new Business Development Manager you will need to: - communicate effectively with all customer types, - function effectively within a skilled team, - have previous sales experience within healthcare (min.5 years), - be a successful multi-tasker comfortable in an ever-changing environment, - possess excellent oral and written communication skills, Additionally, strong IT skills are compulsory.
