Job Description

We are looking for chef de parties to join our professional team cooking for a high end modern American brasserie, located in Covent Garden within walking distance of tube and train stations. The restaurant serves up to 200 covers per service with breakfast lunch and dinner menus. Our menus change on a seasonal basis using the very best seasonal produce and prime USDA beef. The chef de partie will get the opportunity to work across all sections of the kitchen, gaining training on kitchen management and given the opportunity to progress and gain promotion.
