Company Description Job Description My client in Corby is seeking a full time Sage accounts payroll clerk to start as soon as possible. This is full time permanent job working for a manufacturing company. As Payroll Clerk you will be working as part of a team to ensure accurate and timely payroll production in accordance with statutory regulations. This will be working Monday - Friday 9amx5pm. You will also be responsible for accounts and used to aspects of accounts using SAGE. Key Responsibilities will be, Working with Senior Payroll Clerk in production of weekly payroll from start to finish including starters, leavers, statutory payments, allowances, deductions P45s and P46s. Creating and maintaining databases and spread sheets records. Assisting the Payroll Supervisor with Supervisors payments. Administer the Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay and Statutory Paternity Pay scheme accurately. Ensure holiday and sickness is recorded and paid accurately. Payment of pension contributions on time and accurately. Providing advise and respond to enquiries in relation to pay, taxation and NI from employees.
