Job Description
We are a boutique business process reengineering consultancy seeking a number of programme managers and RPA/AI software engineers to work with our clients in delivering transformation of their Customer to Cash processes and technology. Assignments focus on transforming people intensive transactional processes from customer requirements capture through procurement, service delivery, finance and shared services. This role will play a crucial part of our digital transformation assignments that will look to achieve efficiency savings, reduce process lead times, reduce risk and improve quality, as well as transforming client operations and laying the foundations for longer term success. Key Responsibilities: * Analyse processing activities to determine current state process design, identifying opportunities to leverage RPA and AI. * Develop the vision and supporting roadmap for C2C (customer to cash), working closely with client teams, * Advise on best practise in process, organisation and technologies (automation of credit and collections, self-serve, AI, robotics, pricing engines, digital, online customer journey) * Develop a business case and shape a programme of work to deliver the vision * Lead the implementation of the programme with the function * Help redefine and reorganise teams around end-to-end processes with single owners Candidate Requirements: * Experience of implementing new operating models in the C2C Shared Services space * Demonstrate an understanding of the end-to-end C2C process, knowledge of leading edge technologies in this space, and proven delivery of a C2C function * Knowledge of core O2C and finance functions is essential * A strong background in delivering Shared Services * A firm understanding of customer journeys * Core programme/consulting skills and experience in managing large projects * Be credible up to Director leve
