What You Can Expect A modern technology stack: Kubernetes, Docker, CircleCI, Microservices, GoogleCloud / AWS, TensorFlow, Distributed Computing, Java, Python The right individual will possess both technical and customer-facing skills that will allow them to be a "trusted advisor" to customers. He or she will be able to facilitate relationships with senior personnel, as well as easily interact and give guidance to technical experts, software developers, data scientists, IT pros, and system architects. The ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges. Responsibilities * Solve the client's business and technology challenges by utilizing a deep understanding of the insurance industry and consulting about our claims management solution. * Pursue and cultivate strong relationships with client decision-makers and influence client buying behaviors based on our AI-Platform and thought leadership. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Support the identification, development, and closure of sales efforts in support of an identified sales target. * Identify opportunities and support selling services to both new and existing clients. * Provide insurance-specific industry guidance, strategies, and best practices. * Maintain industry references, approaches and competitive analysis. * Transfer knowledge to our sales and delivery teams through training and side-by-side engagement work. * Conduct interviews and workshops to define future state visions and prioritization of opportunity areas that deliver value across claims management while ensuring buy-in from clients' senior management. * Develop thought leadership in the digital transformation and operational excellence spaces by publishing articles, and participating in industry events and panel discussions. Requirements * 8+ years of insurance (ideally P&C) experience at a management consulting firm or in a corporate strategy consultant, enterprise architecture, business development, sales or management function within an insurance company * Experience in strategic technology advisory and applying transformation solutions and change management. * Sales and Account management experience, including an extensive network of senior leadership at insurance carriers * Experience in consulting including sales, project management, team leadership and client relationship management in support of the delivery of business and/or technical project solutions. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders, including the identification, development and closure of sales efforts * Experience in guiding and facilitating executive level business decisions. * Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week * Excellent communication skills in English, any other language would be a plus.
