More details on Altius and Avanade can be found on and Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for an established Business Development Leader to play a key role in the development of Europe's fastest growing data-driven technology consultancy. Working at a leadership level, the successful candidate will take the lead in development and execution of EPM software and services business within the UK and Europe. Responsibilities Include: * Driving new OneStream business opportunities within both established and new client environments. * Managing partner relationships with key EPM vendors including Oracle and OneStream. * Engage with clients at CxO level to establish requirements and align them with the Oracle and/or OneStream solution stack whilst engendering trust, understanding and credibility. * Managing the enterprise software sales cycle with tier one UK customers. * Qualifying opportunities and engaging with clients at the early stage to develop a strong understanding of the bid process and competitive landscape. * Leading pre-sales engagement and overseeing the development of requirement specific software demonstrations. * Defining the structure and content of bid-responses Including individual contribution of engaging bid content and presentations. * Leading client engagements from a commercial perspective including commercial negotiation and as the commercial point of escalation. Experience Profile You will be an experienced individual contributor with previous experience and demonstrable commercial success within the EPM marketplace. Skills / Experience should include: * A proven / established software and services sales career, working with / alongside a key EPM solution stack such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, Anaplan or Tagetik. * Drive and capability to lead the EPM sale initiatives and be accountable for delivering a personal EPM sales target. * Demonstrable commercial experience within a software & services sales environment * Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage the negotiation of complex software and services deals. (>1m+) * Understanding of the EPM commercial marketplace, including intimacy with the Oracle Hyperion product stack, UK sales community and future solution roadmap. * Exceptional communication skills including comfort presenting at CxO level and the ability to lead the development of marketing collateral and bid content.
