Michael Joseph is the leading commercial fiction and non-fiction imprint of Penguin Random House and home to bestselling brandssuch as Marian Keyes, Jojo Moyes, Gregg Hurwitz, Mrs Hinch, Stephen Fry and Jamie Oliver.( We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager (depending on experience)to join the team on a fixed term contract basis of up to 9 months. This position will be based at our new office in Nine Elms, SW London and will involve creating bestsellers -from breaking out debut authors to bringing new readers to household names. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will create from scratch marketing campaigns that turn heads, wow readers and make unmissable bestsellers that everyone is talking about. You will manage all aspects of campaign strategy, execution and campaign analysis. To be successful in the role you'll be creative, strategic and unflappable, experienced in juggling multiple projects, whether working to tight deadlines or planning the next award-winning campaign. You'll be a collaborative team player who also enjoys flying solo, while big personalities and tough targets will not faze you. You'll be able to tell us about the campaigns that got you where you are now and why you are proud of them. You'll show us a flare for design, an eye for the perfect presentation and have an ear for compelling copy.
