Vacancy: Injection Moulding Tool Setter Location: Doncaster Hours: Monday - Friday (06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00, 22:00 - 06:00) Salary: £29000 + Overtime and Company Benefits AQUMEN Recruitment is delighted to be working with a Global Business based in the heart of Doncaster. As part of the continued growth and development of this market leading business, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Injection Moulding Tool Setter/Process Technician to join their highly experienced and skilled team. Main Duties and responsibilities * Take full instruction from the Process Co Coordinator with regard to process responsibilities on shift. * Tool fitting, Colour changes, Process initiation, Condition setting and Optimization of processes, Fault finding and trouble shooting on production machines. * Maintain quality standards, liaising with the quality department regarding problem areas, strive to ensure continuous improvement in all areas. * Promote good housekeeping at all times * Carry out all applicable administration with regard to cycle times, records and log books. * Attend training and development courses where applicable * Attending meetings and carry out action plans as instructed when necessary * Maintain good liaison with all departments * Take full responsibility for personal tools and equipment. * Promote good Health and Safety at all times. * This list is not exhaustive and may be subject to potential applicable change, continual flexibility is required in line with the needs of the business. Qualifications and Experience Required * Level 3 Polymer Injection Moulding qualification or equivalent * Good standard of education, good mathematical skills required. * Experience of working within a Production/Manufacturing Environment working as a Process Technician * Knowledge of Computers, Word and Excel would be an advantage but not essential. * The ability to learn computer software is imperative. Full training would be provided. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
