confirmed when you book an interview slot An excellent opportunity has arisen for a high calibre finance professional to join NHS Tayside's Finance Directorate in the role of Finance Manager. The ability of the Finance Team to add value in shaping the future of healthcare delivery directly contributes towards the key aim of improving the health of our population. You will work closely with a Senior Finance Team of motivated and forward-thinking professionals. Providing professional leadership and having responsibility for the overall management and performance of part of a large finance function, and contribute to the management of an effective and responsive financial service. Demonstrate your drive and initiative and have the ability to take people with you, while modernising working practices, implementing change, and making an impact at senior level both from a clinical and non clinical perspective. We are looking for someone dynamic with excellent leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective working with a wide range of stakeholders, and the ability to influence leaders across a diverse portfolio of services. Excellent analytical, organisational, and information technology/business skills are essential. You will be a qualified accountant with extensive post-qualification experience in a large and complex organisation. You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
