Temporary Finance Assistant job to start asap in Dundee. Your new company Market leading organisation with a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team on an interim basis initially with the potential to become a permanent member of staff. This role is due to company growth and will be full time Monday to Friday. Your new role This temporary Finance Assistant role is based within an established team where they require an extra pair of hands to assist with increased duties. This main duty will be processing supplier invoices and handling any supplier queries. You will reconcile statements, bank recs, process payments and allocate to correct accounts, liaise with stakeholders and update the system accordingly. You will be required to assist with month end duties and assist with day to day finance administration. What you'll need to succeed To be considered you must have a team player attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast paced environment. You will have a wealth of accounts experience and strong Excel skills. You will work with accuracy at all times and be flexible with your approach to your workload.
