About Training & Enablement at Metapraxis Our goal for training & enablement is to support our client services team and partner organisations drive revenue and client value by delivering and implementing analytics solutions for clients using our industry leading Empower software platform. It is a key area of investment in supporting our future growth strategy. Our vision for training and enablement is the development and embedding of best practice and innovation, and our objective is to enable and enhance team performance by providing access to the best training and support required to upskill and mobilise project teams and optimise Empower solution delivery. We are looking for a full time Training and Enablement Lead to join our team and lead this initiative. The role is based in our Wimbledon office and there will be some travel to our New York Office in Manhattan. Training & Enablement Lead - role summary The Training & Enablement Lead will take responsibility for the definition and roll out of the training programme for our internal teams and partner organisations. We are looking for the right candidate to continue to shape and grow this function under the direction of the Operations Director. Key to this role is helping our consultants and partner organisations (major professional services firms) to adopt best practice in the use of our implementation methodology and technology, which focuses on data modelling and visualisation. The Enablement Function is a new capability at Metapraxis and we recently established the core content and training programmes. The next phase involves the roll out of the content and training programmes along with the continuous innovation & enhancement. The Training and Enablement Lead will take ownership of this programme and the creation and maintenance of the core content. Specific responsibilities include: * Programme management - defining, budgeting and delivering the roll out programme for content and training delivery using internal SMEs, third party vendors and at times running courses themselves. * Knowledge sharing - continuing to establish and enhance the best channels for sharing knowledge, training and communication including the optimisation of our training portal and other channels. * Content innovation - identifying and prioritising enhancements and new content that will drive most value for our business and partners. * Content quality & maintenance - driving excellence and consistency across our training materials and channels in line with market leading best practice. * Training delivery - managing the delivery of training internally and for partners; coaching our internal SMEs and vendors in training delivery excellence. Support provided As Training & Enablement Lead you will have access to expertise from the broader Metapraxis business and training suppliers to support both the training roll out and content innovation and maintenance. This includes the following: * You will report to the Operations Director who will coach and guide you as you join the business, help you create the Training and Enablement team as the business grows and support your personal development. They will advise on the shaping and design of the programme and support you own and drive its delivery. They will help you establish a personal development plan that ensures you have a challenging and rewarding career path at Metapraxis. * The Metapraxis Client Services and Technology teams will support the creation and enhancement of content, providing the subject matter expertise on our delivery methodology and Empower software, and support with the roll out of training. * Our Lead Infrastructure Architect and Head of Product
