Chef de Rang Job Opportunity, Michelin, Central London, 24k We are looking for a polished and passionate hospitality professional to join the team at this leading Michelin Star Restaurant as a Chef de Rang. Working for one of the UK's most exciting chefs. Based in Central London. Working 5 days per week, average 48 hours per week. 24k salary package, plus cash tips. Great opportunity to expand your food and wine knowledge. You must have previous fine dining experience and be committed to creating an exceptional dining experience. The Restaurant This highly acclaimed Michelin Starred Restaurant offers a unique challenge for any Restaurant Manager. Refreshingly at this venue as much thought has gone into the service as the food. The room is stunning and there is real theatre in the service with much drink and food preparation being done at the table. Chef de Rang role Responsible for efficiently managing a section of the restaurant. Customer service and presentation are very important. Knowledge of the menu and food allergies.
