Job Description
Senior CX Cloud Consultant. 45-65k pa As part of our continuing growth, we are looking for a Senior CX/CRM Consultant to join our CX Cloud practice. The ideal candidate is someone who is truly passionate about delivering project success, who wants to be at the forefront of delivering innovative, intelligent solutions to our customers, and who wants to work alongside the very best consultants in the CX Cloud industry. You will be working within an established team of CX Cloud consultants, specialising in Oracle Service Cloud and Oracle Engagement Cloud, as well as gaining exposure and experience to other elements of the market-leading Oracle CX Cloud offering, including Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle Platform-as-a-Service and Oracle Integration Cloud. You'll be responsible for understanding the customer's critical business processes, defining how they can be better supported through the use of modern software applications, and subsequently customising the application before rolling it out to the customer's users. You will also be playing a role in leading and guiding Junior Consultants. The role is customer-facing, working on the delivery of Oracle CX Cloud projects, so ideally the successful candidate will have strong experience of the delivery of Oracle CX Cloud in functional/technical roles. We will also consider candidates with good experience in other similar CRM or CX technologies and who show strong potential, as we can provide in-depth training into Oracle CX Cloud. we offer a generous package of 45,000 - 65,000 (including pension and bonus) depending on experience and potential.
