Talent Acquisition Partner Exciting new opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic talent acquisition professional to join a prestigious and established global e-commerce organisation. You will partner with a specific business unit, working with a diverse number of stakeholders to identify and tackle recruitment needs and trends. The role is a 60-30-10 strategy- people management/operational-delivery. Responsibilities: * Design and delivery of appropriate recruitment strategies specific to your own Business Unit (BU). * Lead a team of talented recruiters to deliver the best possible talent attraction and candidate experience. * Design and deliver appropriate social media employer branding and recruitment strategy. * Build strong relationships with both, internal and external stakeholders. * Promote the organisation through recruitment and industry networking events. Requirements: * Previous people management experience. * Previous experience in a business partnering role in within a fast-paced industry ( e.g.retail, media, technology) * Proven experience in stakeholders management. * Previous success maximising internal resourcing capabilities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
