Watch this to dive a little deeper What you'll be doing The Cleo marketing team is looking for a new member to join its ranks; we are a team of storytellers, our mission is to radically change the people's relationship with money. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to do work that matters. * Ideate and create content with a strong point of view and energy. You're part of a team with ideas, stories and a strong sense of what's happening now - be bold. * You'll be focusing on facilitating our growing presence on our social channels, creating and igniting conversation with Cleo's audience. * You'll be the first to test and make a success of new social platform features, leading the path for other brands to follow. * Growing our already strong social channels, helping nurture our community and identifying new super users. * Supporting the Social Media lead on planning and implementing social and comms campaigns, building on our tone of voice for audiences across our social media channels and community platform. * Joining a social first brand, building content that makes a difference and taking risks. * Engage in real-time with our fans across our social channels, chatting with them in our light-hearted and self-aware voice. * Be the first responder whenever someone gives us a shout in our DMs, comments, or @s. * Show everyone, whether they've heard of Cleo or not, the ins and outs of every new feature * You'll have a junior designer and motion graphics designer at your disposal to create world-leading engaging content. * Track, analyse and report on the performance of our online community, identify and drive improvement opportunities. About you * You've got strong writing skills and at least 1 year proven experience in driving community engagement and growth across social channels. You need to know the difference between 'were' and 'we're' ;) * You have a 'hacker' mentality. * Basic video and/or image creation skills are a huge plus. * A curiosity for trending topics and hungry for information. * You're a good judge of tone and can make thoughtful decisions fast. * You're resourceful and connect well with people to stimulate conversation. * Others describe you as "really nice but not afraid to speak up for what's right." * You get social marketing and analytics and know how to apply an insight-led approach to content testing and optimisation.
