Main Purpose of Role As a Digital Marketing Manager you will report to the Director of Customer Engagement and you will be responsible for the management of marketing strategy and communication plans to grow and develop the usage of WH digital channels and owned assets. You will be a competent communicator as this role will involve collaborating with a number of stakeholders internally within WH, including Key Account Directors, Data teams, E-comms as well as clients directly. Key tasks will include working closely with your director and members of the digital engagement team to exploit the potential for growth in WH digital channels and capabilities. You will develop and manage plans to grow membership and engagement and work closely with the editorial/content team to implement plans, optimise and market the content to existing members, as well as acquiring new members. You will work closely with the customer engagement team in order to proactively understand key challenges faced by clients and develop bespoke digital programmes and channel activities to meet those challenges, goals and objectives ensuring that you contribute to optimising client-oriented campaign performance and ROI data, by using and integrating our analytics platforms. Skills and Experience Required We always support colleagues to develop their skills but to be successful in this job you really do need to already be able to tick most of these boxes... We know it's not a skill, but the successful candidate must have permission to work in the role's location by the start of their employment. You will also need; * Experience in the same or similar function within digital marketing and/or a communications environment, ideally within a digital role client side or progressive marketing/creative agency or similar background, from an account management perspective * Experience of digital client management in healthcare for multiple customers * Good understanding/experience of the digital media landscape in healthcare, particularly in pharma * Knowledge of the online healthcare channels in the HCP environment * Ideally, knowledge, experience of the ABPI Code' in relation to digital comms * Experience in advising clients on strategic approach and blend of digital channels to achieve their objectives and grow the financial value of key accounts * Good experience in developing and managing budgets and programme profitability * An understanding of what HCPs do online and how to deliver measured engagement * Strong analytical skills and understanding of business needs * Experience of presenting to customers (ideally at a senior management level) * Experience in managing campaigns, co-ordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines to achieve objectives * Excellent communication and programme management skills You need to be the kind of person who... * Has a passion for digital media and for relationship building and account management * Has the intellectual stretch to understand each functional area of the business to facilitate both WHC and client needs * Will be able to drive and motivate themselves to deliver beyond expectation while maintaining credibility and trust * Loves to learn - both knowledge and skills Is a creative question-asker and a solution-finder Is able to work in a fast paced, fun and progressive environment Enjoys a challenge - we work hard, and it can b
