Learning and Development Business Partner London- Central Our client is a well known corporate/financial organisation, they are looking for a creative and ambitious L & D professional to join their growing team. Are you a professional L & D practitioner looking for a varied, progressive role where you can add value at this exciting time? The role; Partner with the business to develop and maintain future learning and development needs in support of business objectives. Project manage the design and development of L & D interventions Design blended learning solutions for the organisation Experience/ Knowledge required; Proven L & D experience in a matrix, commercial organisation Strong, resilient and professional manner Willing to role up your sleeves, working in a transforming business Successful career with a strong focus to date with blended learning Strong project mgmt experience Pro-actively manage competing demands and a varied workload Ability to work both autonomously and as a team member Effective communicator -Grad calibre- relevant work experience Our client is ideally looking for a humble character, strong relationship builder who already has a credible L & D background in a commercial/ entrepreneurial organisation looking for a varied permanent role.
