Lead local and remote teams, provide leadership of new product developments, a growing portfolio of products. Honeywell is a leading software industrial business, harnessing the power of cloud, mobile, data & analytics, IoT and design thinking. What you will be doing? * Work as part of wider global organisation collaborating with peers, teams and senior architects both within Honeywell Fire. * Work closely with to other Honeywell business and platform initiatives. * Collaborate with other business leaders to achieve strong growth. * Be a Manager of Managers and responsible for the delivery of full stack products. * Degree qualified in an engineering or related discipline, or equivalent qualification. Experience may be taken in lieu of qualifications. * Experience with Direct leadership and mentoring of engineering teams and Management of engineering budgets and projects budgets. * Management of multi-discipline teams and projects. * Working knowledge of software development processes and Knowledge of Electronics & Mechanical development process. * Appreciation of platform and product line design and architecture and embedded system development. * Management of organisation change. * Concrete work experience in product design and development. * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including communication of strategic goals. * Excellent leadership reporting skills, including data-driven metric-based reporting. * Track record of project delivery.
