Job Description

This role sits within the financial management arm of the ICG O&T Chief Operating Office. The Software Asset Manager role for ICG Technology involves proactively liaising with the various business office contacts across the wider Business Management community on software financial related matters and acting as a key interface between the ICG Technology organizations and other operational partners (e.g. Finance, Renault/PTS teams) to drive the timely delivery on agreed key deliverables and working to ensure the organization's financial targets are achieved. **Key responsibilities include the following:** + Building a comprehensive understanding of the global ICG O&T expense base; tracking and reporting on the Software financial performance for the various lines of Business and being a trusted point of contact on finance related matters + Working with the various Business Management teams, providing insightful financial and business analyses and developing senior management reports in relation to their Software BOW, to define and track key operational metrics to help track performance, drive business decisions, and achieve goals. + Assisting in financial forecasting, budgeting and management for the Software Book of Work across ICG Technology lines of Business. + Producing regular and ad hoc high quality financial reports in line with agreed reporting schedules and ensuring the timely distribution of these against agreed SLAs and using appropriate dissemination channels + Undertaking operational reporting activities as required, e.g. the production of performance dashboards and scorecards used at all levels within the Organization up to senior management + Providing robust analysis and interpretation of data, spotting trends and variances and providing business-focused reporting commentary + Participating in a range of processes to drive the organization's achievement of wider productivity efficiency targets + Building and maintaining strong partnerships and relationships with the various business office contacts, finance partners and other key ICG O&T partners + Working closely with the Business Unit Community on ad hoc compliance and regulatory driven activities The ideal professional is a well-rounded performer who thrives in a fast paced and demanding environment, embraces a collaborative work style and can build and maintain professional working relationships. They must have the ability to manage changing priorities and ad-hoc requests and be pro-active, enthusiastic and focused on delivering to a high standard. Applicants must have prior experience in finance management and general business management. **Education:** + Educational Level: Bachelor's Degree required **Skill requirements:** + Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, and formulas + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills + Individual contributor with the ability to work with minimum supervision + Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timeframes + Ability to remain calm and objective in a high-pressure environment + Good level of planning and execution of medium range and long term strategic plans + Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with business front office and global functions colleagues. + Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organise findings and build presentations. + Knowledge of Operation and Technology organizations, preferably within the financial services industry + Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
