Job Description

We are currently working with a world leader in reciprocating compressor technology, who provide a full range of customer support services including technical engineering support, supply of quality compressor components, valve service and complete plant overhauls. They are recruiting for an experienced QEOHS Manager to join their business, based in Oxfordshire. The role requires a proactive, dedicated, accurate and professional person who is willing to go the extra mile to help provide customers with a fast, efficient and flexible service. The role: * Ensuring QEOHS compliance, best practice and embed positive behaviour across the Services Division. * Driving Quality culture through initiatives, innovations, programmes and processes. * Undertaking a programme of risk based supplier, customer and safety audits and ensuring continued accreditation to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, extending this to European business partners. * Establish and deliver a QEOHS training programme, act as the EOHS Lead on incident investigations and as the QA Lead on non-conformity, failure and root-cause-analysis investigations. * Implement a system/process for assessing and monitoring QEOHS performance/continuous improvement. The candidate: * Degree qualified or have demonstrable knowledge of QA and HSE systems, processes and legal/industry requirements, including at least 5 years' vocational experience. * Proven ability to interact with colleagues in a collaborative way in order to implement changes as part of a continuous improvement culture. * Excellent oral, written, computing and presentation skills (essential). * Eligibility to work and ability to travel within the territory, notably the UK and Sweden (essential). * Lead Auditor to ISO 9001 (desirable).
