Supported Housing Officer Location: Redcliffe, Central Bristol Salary: £20,000 - £20,500 + benefits Hours: 37.5 hours per week Our client vision is 'To address housing need and deliver places for people to call home'. They are an aspirational housing organisation who are embedding our new 'CARES' culture. Phoenix Place is a large supported housing project in central Bristol and part of Bristol's Preventing Homelessness Pathway for women. They provide housing and strength based tailored support to women aged 22+ who are at the risk of homelessness, including mothers and babies. They are proud to be working in innovative ways and we strive to provide excellent service and support to our clients. They use the PIP approach (Psychologically Informed Practice) to work with their clients in holistic way to ensure they receive the best support possible. They also heavily invest in developing their staff to make sure they're fully equipped to support their clients, so a wide range of training will be available for you. The Supported Housing Officer Role They are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with exceptional communication skills who is passionate about making a positive difference to people's lives. As a Supported Housing Officer, you will be working closely with our clients, supporting them through difficult times in their journey. This involves working in partnership with other agencies and professionals, dealing with stakeholders and housing management issues as well as working closely with their clients on 1 to 1 basis. Requirements for the Supported Housing Officer Role Ideally you would have a background & experience of working in supported housing or a support related environment, however this is not essential as they are looking for people with the right values and attitude, who are willing to learn and develop on a professional level.
