Deputy Manager Development Opportunity – Supported Living Bristol £24,000 - £27,000 I am recruiting for a very highly regarded, values-led independent organisation in the Bristol area, for a Deputy Manager for a service for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. This is a development role, for the post-holder to receive support to grow into the role of Service Manager, and possibly Registered Manager at a later date. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that really cares about the work they do in supporting people with their independence. In addition, they truly value the input that each individual can bring to the organisation, and support their managers to lead with autonomy, and share ideas and innovation. About you: You will be an experienced Deputy Manager or Care Manager, with a background in learning disability or mental health services.
