Who we're looking for: We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Senior Brand Marketing Manager who's passionate and understands the brand. As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will be able to demonstrate brand growth in your previous role and build a strategy. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, solution led, and a creative thinker. As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager you will have: - * A strong background in brand marketing * Experienced building a compelling brand * Deep understanding of customer needs and decision drivers * Expertise in content, integrated campaigns and experiential marketing * Deep knowledge of marketing metrics and analytics * Experience working cross-functionally delivering marketing campaigns * Previously worked in fast paced ever changing environments As Senior Brand Marketing Manager your main responsibilities will include... * Create and lead the brand strategy for Pact Coffee * Drive brand growth for both Direct to Consumer (D2C) and Business to Business (B2B) channels * Continually strengthen our brand through developing strategic initiatives - such as NPD launches and ATL/BTL cross-functional promotional campaigns * Evolve our overarching brand positioning along with our Strategy, Design, Product and broader marketing campaigns * Drive integrated marketing campaigns to generate increased brand awareness * Lead the key elements of brand planning, range management and marketing mix, ensuring that initiatives are profitable, competitive and in line with our overall growth plan * Plan, develop, lead and evolve the implementation of communication activities, working with internal and external stakeholders * Ensure consistency of brand communication throughout the different consumer touch points * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the Pact Coffee brand is brought to life across every customer touch point * Day to day management of media, social, e-Commerce, PR and agencies * Be a brand ambassador and bring others along on our journey to make coffee a force for good
